We have two different contact roles - Technical Contact and Identification Contact. These are both important so that we can notify you if a critical issue arises via an automated email.
Technical Contact: Receives notification if, for example, webhooks cannot be delivered. Ideally sent to your technical department.
Identification Contact: Receives notification if, for example, a fraudulent identification was detected. Ideally sent to the team responsible for your KYC process.
We recommend using a distribution list so that there are multiple recipients.
